I'm based in West Allis, Wisconsin. I've spent years learning how systems really work — in business, in the body, in money, and in the mind — and the one truth that keeps showing up is this: the people who win aren't the busiest, they're the ones who build the right system once and let it carry them.

So that's what I build. AI agents and automations that run operations around the clock. Software like AvatarFlow and FitCore. A book and system, Make It Make Sense, for people rebuilding their direction. And a wealth-strategy foundation — protection, security, and a path — that I set my people up on so nothing they build is standing on sand.

I coach elite athletes because I believe the same thing on the field as in life: fundamentals, reps, and game IQ beat talent that won't do the work. Whatever I touch, the goal is the same — make it make sense, then make it move.
